SHIPPING POLICY

We can’t wait for you to experience our amazing products! All of our products are packaged and shipped to you from our studio in Quitman, Texas. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered weekdays (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

REFUND POLICY

At Sophie and Rose, nothing makes up happier than a happy customer. We promise to do our very best to deliver amazing products and customer experiences, so rest assured we will do our best to make right any hiccups experienced along the way. With that said, here are a few things you might want to know:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

If you are not satisfied with any product you have received, you are able to return or exchange the unused product within 30 days after delivery. 

We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect item or damaged item).
